Job Title: Full stack Application Architect

Mandatory skills: Javascript, Python, SQL, AWS, React JS, Scrum, JIRA, Bitbucket High proficiency on AWS eco system Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins

Good to have skills: Knowledge and experience working on Google Analytics 

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with VP/directors to determine business-specific application needs.
2. Designing and developing the overall application and system architecture of the platform to suit the current and future needs.
3. Spearheading proof of concepts and spikes to prove the critical objectives of the application.
4. Influencing the design and development of new software products or major enhancements to existing software for clients and business partners
5. Performing application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration.
6. Documenting application development processes, procedures, and standards.
7. Integrating trends in application architecture in application development projects.
8. Applying the state-of-the-art DevOps and Agile methodologies to improve the software delivery.
9. Running diagnostic tests and performing debugging procedures.
10. Developing automation test scripts and perform performance tuning of software components.
11. Mentoring junior application developers and providing end-users with technical support.
12. Focusing on ever-improving team dynamics and performance.
13. Managing the team interpersonal conflicts, challenges, and opportunities for growth; and escalating people problems to upper management where necessary, but only after internal team processes have failed to resolve the issue.
