We are looking for Sr to Lead level experience. The expectation for a Sr is that they would be able to take on technical work and provide solutions following engineering best practices (twelve-factor engineering, single purpose, reusable components, etc.) and deliver results with little to no guidance from the lead. For lead level engineers, we would expect everything as a Sr, but in addition, full features to be taken on, and after a solution is determined, coordinate with lower seniority engineers to collaborate and ensure that multiple components are built, integrated and delivered.

Required functional skillset and experience include excellent communication skills, proven experience working in an Agile environment, experience working with remote and offshore team members, production support, and documentation in an Agile tool. Candidate must be able to work off-hours for meetings with our Hyderabad team, execute releases, and production support.

What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare-specific background, etc.)? Healthcare background would be ideal. The candidate should have 7 to 9+ years of experience at minimum. Should be proficient or expert experience with Java, Angular, TypeScript, MySQL DB, Spring Boot, ATDD test automation, Jenkins pipeline, K8S cloud.
