2. Programming - Java/J2EE, React JS 
3. Cloud exposure – AWS 
4. UI Frameworks - Backbone, React JS, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Bootstrap, Web Sockets 
5. Agile development using GitHub or TFS, Jira, Confluence 
6. Unit Testing - JUnit, JMock
