4. Commercial experience working in an Agile environment.
5. Experience with unit testing and TDD principals.
6. Thorough knowledge of OOP, coding fundamentals and design patterns.
7. Strong communication skills.

Desired Skills:

1. CI/CD Experience (Azure DevOps or other).
2. Relevant Certification or degree.
