Location: Bangalore

Experience:

• The candidate should have total IT experience of 10+ years & should have good knowledge in Java architecture (Minimum 4 years).
• Knowledge of full stack preferred (React JS)

Mandatory Skills (hands on)

• Core Java - 5+
• SpringBoot Microservices- 4+ 
• React Js :2+
• Understanding of CI/CD and Dev ops is preferred 

Additional/Preferred skills:

• React JS/ Redux / TypeScript: 2+

Soft skills:

• Leadership and client communication skills
• Team Management

Top Responsibilities:

• Java Architect with end-to-end knowledge on Java full stack
• Experience with integration, data handling technologies and other open-source frameworks
• Proficient in building high performing APIs and writing specs
• 10+ years of engineering (software development) experience in distributed architecture
• Worked in tech stack: Core Java, SpringBoot Microservices, React/ Redux / TypeScript
• A DevOps mind-set, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
• Lead the team and Work with product owner and Business Analyst to resolve the issues
• Overall delivery responsibilities of assigned projects
• Great communication skills, able to articulate technical solution clearly
• Self-motivator - enthusiastic to drive deliver toward completion, able to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to variety of audiences
• Ensure Quality of code through reviews and laying down architecture that is scalable in nature
• Team-orientated, passionate about developing others’ skills and capabilities
• Successful track record of working in large enterprise technology ecosystems leading complex technology teams
• Deep understanding of agile development processes and methodology including continuous integration and delivery, with a mindset of building incrementally and delivering business value quickly
