Job description:

·       Document down business processes using various models (e.g., VSM, BPM, etc.) to help identify wastage and/or process pain points.

·       Work closely with all stakeholders to re-engineer and optimize business processes with different business tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and more.

·       Drive internal product roadmaps (e.g, Salesforce), balancing the business needs of different teams.

·       Design scalable solutions that allow us to extend solutions with agility to new business units and markets.

·       Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate business solutions with our proprietary backend systems.

·       Train users and drive adoption.

·       Support stakeholders to monitor business metrics through the creation of reports and dashboards.

·       Support and coach junior team members to guide them towards team objectives
