Role: FUNCTIONAL - Service (CRM) Expert

Experience: 6 to 10 years

Location: Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Skill Set:

1. The individual should have extensive experience in 6-8 years of working experience in Oracle R12 EBS Service track (Field Service, Serice Contract,CRM Foundation, Install Base, Field Service,Spare Management and Depot Repair) - Functional  with at least 1 full cycle implementation & R12 upgrade with minimum one in R12 implementation is a must
2. 12.2 upgrade experience is must  
3. He/she should have excellent skills in requirement gathering, analysis, solution designing, map/gap analysis, configuration, conducting the transition to Production, Support activities, Preparation of OUM/AIM methodology documentation
4. Implementation/ Support experience and detailed understanding of the CRM modules in Oracle Applications: CRM Foundation, Teleservice, Field Service, Install Base, Service Contracts, Spare Management and Depot Repair
5. Knowledge in Oracle CRM standard functionality and experience with customizations, extensions, modifications and integration (CEMLI) components
6. Familiar with Oracle application TCA architecture
7. Working knowledge of Oracle Setups for 12i E-Business Suite:  Dispatch to Debrief, Contract to Renewal, Quote to Warranty and RMA Business process cycle, functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces
8. Ability to Gather requirements, map them in Oracle apps and manage gaps and effectively communicate functional details to end users and management – User Training, AIM Methodology Documentation
9. Understanding of software development methodologies, development processes, change management, and deployment procedures
10. Must be a team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
11. Develop training material and application documentation as required. Educate business users
12. Provide guidance in data preparation and migration
13. Integration Knowledge with OM, Inventory & Financial modules
14. Provide support for configuration and application of multiple functional modules
15. Identify and test application patches prior to promotion to production
16. Proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency Work with Oracle Technical Support on SR resolution
17. Must have worked with Oracle Support and relevant teams for Sev-1 SRs
18. Should have good understanding of project management activities
19. Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills
20. Candidate should have strong experience working with dual shore model
21. Should have clear understanding of Technical Architecture of Oracle Apps
22. Should be an excellent team player to work in multiple vendors & cross team environment
