Role: Guidewire Business Analyst for for CustomerEngage Portal preferably with some V11 version experience

Location: India

Required Skills:

1. 5-8 Years professional experience as a business systems analysis.
2. Prior professional experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry
3. 3+ years prior experience working on Guidewire.
4. Experience with Guidewire Digital products, including any of CustomerEngage, ProducerEngage, ServiceRepEngage, EnterpriseEngage, VendorEngage
5. Have done a few months or 1 year in CustomerEngage (CE) V11.6 or more experience in previous versions
6. Knowledge in CE portal, Customer Account Maintenance and Billing/Payment aspects
7. Experience interpreting and writing Use Cases, Functional Requirements, Screen Specs, and Data Mapping documents
8. Experience interacting with customers to elicit requirements
9. Experience collaborating with Development and QA teams
10. Able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
11. Experience working with XML files to troubleshoot system integration issues.
12. Excellent in communication and documentation
