Exp: 6-10 yrs

Job Descrption:

1. Deep understanding of the Healthcare domain( payer and Provider segment is a must), domain best practises and commercial structures
2. Should be able to articulate product/Project vision, strategy and Roadmap to Engineering team effectively
3. Should have owned the product/Portfolio backlog, collaborated with UX and engg. team to drive the project/program execution
4. Experience building  detailed documentation of the requirement using process maps/workflows which helps the engg. team to understand the requirements
5. Expertise in defining the user story/personas , translating business requirement and decision criteria into actional able work items
6. Experience slicing  the requirements as Features to write precise user stories along with mapping the acceptance criteria of the requirements
7. Experience reviewing the Product/portfolio Backlog with the Product managers/business owners to better understand the roadmap and priorities for upcoming releases and build requisite documents
8. Exposure to Agile working methodologies( playing the role of either SM /PO) and Agile project management tools( such as JIRA, Azure DevOps , Rally etc.) is an added advantage
