Experience: 5+ Years

Required Skills:

·               Exposure to Lawson HR, Lawson Payroll and Lawson Benefits module

·               Lawson Employee Manager Self Service

·               Lawson LSF environment 10.x is required

·               Lawson Security, Environment and Application patch installation process

·               Infor process flow

·               BSI Tax factory

·               Infor Landmark

·               LBI

Responsibilities:

·               Responsible for ensuring the Lawson production servers are up and running

·               Installing environment and application patches as and when required and applying year end regulatory updates

·               Monitoring recurring jobs that are scheduled to run

·               Managing user creation and their access privileges

·               Set up security classes and rule setup

·               Resolve any errors from the ProcessFlow Workunits

·               Set up recurring batch jobs and setup csv attributes for batch jobs

·               Administer the Lawson Business Intelligence product (LBI)

·               Determine cause and remedies for batch jobs that error out

·               Apply patches and service packs to the Lawson applications and servers

·               BSI update

Monitor the servers and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed
