Role:  Infor Project Manager

Location: Across India

Job Description:

1. Must have successfully completed at least three ERP implementations from blueprint to hyper care in a large-scale global environment
2. Management experience in an Infor-M3 environment is preferred
3. Must have hands on experience of all program and project life cycles
4. Be focused on the bigger picture while ensuring that details of all building blocks are well managed
5. Implementation experience in manufacturing and supply chain environment is required
6. Demonstrate organizational skills by proper use of project methodology, templates with adequate and qualified staffing
7. Be able to guide stake holders on program timelines and be very conscious of on time and on budget delivery
8. Should have good experience with change control and be able to balance critical needs against scope creep
9. Must be capable of understanding mission and goals of the organization and develop program in accordance with the guidelines provided
10. Must have experience in working with business and technical leadership and be able to present plan, win acceptance, ensure buy-in and obtain sign offs
11. Manage resources from own and partnering organization ensuring healthy and efficient work environment
12. Demonstrate strong management skills in handling risks and issues
13. Be proactive to realize upcoming challenges and take timely actions to avoid delays and ensure cost control
14. Must have very strong oral and written communication skills
15. Capable of developing a budget and operating plan for the program
16. Experienced in developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
17. Ability to write program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services
18. Capable of managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
19. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
20. Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
21. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
22. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
23. Think out of the box and come up with innovative solutions to save the program from delays or failures

Requirements:

1. Certified in project or business or related field
2. Proven experience in program management
3. Proven stakeholder management skills
4. Proven experience in managing a remote and onsite team
5. Understanding of project management phases
