Role Description:

• Knowledge of Unix and Linux commands along with shell scripting (bash, csh) (proficiency: intermediate level)
• Knowledge of application server (jboss 7, WebLogic) (proficiency: basic/intermediate, Jboss preferred) Knowledge of web server (boss ews 2, Apache) (proficiency: basic, jboss ews2 preferred)
• Knowledge of database server (oracle, Sybase, MS SQL server) (proficiency: basic, basic SQL knowledge) Knowledge of windows server (2008/2012) (proficiency: basic)
• Knowledge of SiteMinder (proficiency: basic)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow (proficiency: basic)
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, antifactory, bitbucket) (proficiency: basic)

Responsibility:

• Co-ordination between application and infrastructure team.
• Resolve infrastructure issues raised by application team.
• Co-ordinate and assist in infrastructure migration projects.
• Problem solving and debugging skillset
• Suggest infrastructure improvements in monitoring, manual tasks etc.
• BAU support activities (raising tickets, resolving tickets).
