Role: Innovation Portfolio Data Analyst

Experince: 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the delivery of business analytics and insights into client’s innovation portfolio
2. Drive the culture of enabling transfer of best practices on data and reporting across the sectors
3. Review the project management data captured within KeyedIN, including core project information needed to complete portfolio analysis; schedules, budget and actual spend, issues, risks, phase reviews, and take action to ensure completeness against minimum requirements
4. This position plays a key role in supporting the implementation of Innovation Dashboarding and Reporting for realization of the team’s objectives on managing the portfolio by interacting across multiple levels of the organization, and aligning with sector NPI/Innovation teams to achieve standardisation as required
5. Hands-on dashboard design within KeyedIN and on Tableau Preparation, previous experience creating reports using virtualization on Tableau. Training on KeyedIN will be provided and will be expected to become super user in this tool
6. Apply effective data visualization techniques, create various user interface objects; charts, tables, triggers, filters, extension, expressions, user access, etc. to meet and exceed customer expectations
7. Conduct Data modelling, calculations, conversions, scheduling Data refresh
8. Evaluate and enhance existing applications/dashboards to improve current user experience and provide meaningful actionable business insights
9. Setup of SharePoint sites, MS Teams and Folders to assist effective team collaboration
10. Creates process documentation and templates while helping to foster process adoption
11. Coordinates and where required delivers training on use of dashboards or tools
12. Coordinates quality activities and controls to ensure deliverables meet defined requirements
13. Able to successfully deliver on administrative projects from start to finish
14. Performs other duties as assigned
