Role: Intune Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore

Job Description:
 Total working experience: 5 to 10 years.
 Provide voice-based technical support to customers from NOAM, EMEA and/or APAC region.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Strong customer focus.
 Experience resolving complex technical issues in a mission critical environment.
 Proven ability to accurately document incident resolution and knowledge management.
 Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
 Willing to work in the Night Shift.

Must Have’s:
• Option – 1: Technical requirements (Intune/AirWatch/MobileIron skills)
o Hands-on experience on Intune is preferable or any other MDM product is acceptable
o Basic knowledge of working of IOS, Android enrollment is required.
o Knowledge of windows enrollment will be preferable.
o Types of IOS enrollment and workflows. (workflows, not user experience)
o Type of Android enrollment and workflows. (workflows, not user experience).
o Types of windows enrollment is preferable.
o Basic workflow of app deployment for IOS and Android devices required
o Basic of Active directory and basic of Azure active directory will be preferable.
o Experience in one or more of these areas desirable
 Exchange, SCCM, Mobile device configuration and app deployment
 Cloud products like Azure, Office 365
 Mobile device management tools and programming knowledge

• Option – 2: Technical requirements (with SCCM skills, trainable on Intune)
o Experience in WSUS, SMS, SCCM 2007 / 2012 and Microsoft Intune
o Operating Systems Concepts – Active Directory, Security, OS Internals
o Networking concepts – DNS, protocols, Devices
o IIS Concepts – Configuration, ISAPI, Architecture, SSL and Kerberos
o Exception Handling

o Memory Management concepts
o Tools – Netmon, Perfmon, SQL Profiler
o Basic debugging skills
o Basic SQL Server Administration concepts
o Strong knowledge of any Windows OS, Mobile device OS, Client/Server knowledge,
understanding of Cloud services
o Experience in one or more of these areas desirable
 Exchange, SCCM, Mobile device configuration and app deployment
 Cloud products like Azure, Office 365
 Mobile device management tools and programming knowledge
