Role: IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

Key Skills: Automation experience with AWS services provisioning

Job description:

1. 3+ years of experience in IT asset management, software licensing, and compliance.
2. 3+ years of managing AWS Infrastructure
3. Strong knowledge of ITAM tools and software (e.g., SNOW, Flexera, etc.).
4. Familiarity with software licensing models and vendor agreements.
5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CSAM, CITAM) are a plus
9. Experience with building, delivering, and managing cloud IaaS environments using AWS Services (IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC, ELB, EBS, EFS, FSx, etc.)
10. Experience in deploying and maintaining Linux and/or Windows Servers
11. Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (Bash, Python)
12. Understanding of network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP)
