Role: Java J2EE Developer

Location: Bangalore

Must have:

1	4 to 6 years of J2EE experience
2	Clear understanding and application knowledge of Object Oriented concepts
3	Expert in Core Java , Collection Framework, exeption handling, logging frameworks , Web Service: SOAP, RESTful
4	Should have very good knowledge and also experience in Struts,Spring and ORM tools like Hibernate,JPA
5	Should have design and coding experience of critical enterprise applications
6	Should have experience in Code review tools like pmd,sonar, Checkstyle
7	Should have experience in writing unit testing using Junit, Jmock, DBUnit etc.,
8	Should have experience in writing build scripts using ant , maven
9	Should be able to understand complex SQL queries, query optimization and tuning
10	Moderate experience on unix, shell scripting
11	Customer facing experience w.r.to technical discussions

Optional:

1	Experience in Jasper,Quartz etc., are added advantage

Team Handling / Generic Skills:

1	Self driven ,  ready to learn and adopt depending on customer / organization needs
2	Excellent communication skills
3	Good working understanding of investment/custodian  banking exposure for financial institutions preferable
4	Should be able to work in Agile model and some exposure to Agile will be preferable
