What will you do?

As a SRE, you will help in troubleshooting & addressing the user needs and ensures that the tools are working as desired for the entire DevOps practice in the TS organization. The tools will include Confluence, ADO (Azure DevOps) and JIRA

Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Atlassian Confluence & JIRA installation, administration & maintenance
2. Upgradation of Confluence & JIRA
3. Addressing user tickets and training the users on confluence & JIRA
4. Third party plugins installation, configuration in confluence & JIRA  
5. Develop JIRA workflows & schemes
6. Advising on best practices configuration and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges

Other responsibilities

1. Responsible for upholding customer Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies
2. Provide excellent customer service to IT internal and business partner customers
3. Perform other related duties as assigned
4. Should be open to administer ADO & TDM when needed

What do you need to be successful in this role?

1. Demonstrate strong knowledge and expertise in CICD tools like Confluence, ADO &; JIRA
2. Knowledge on Linux & MySQL database
3. Knowledge on any programing/scripting (groovy/PowerShell/Python) language
4. Fix issues and respond to incidents based on priority.
5. Improve system reliability through the optimization of on-call processes.
6. Demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills
7. Demonstrate strong problem solving and organizational skills
8. Ability to provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers
9. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment
