Job Description for Jira Administrator

·         Jira application administration (Screens/Workflow setup/Custom Fields)

·         Jenkins installation/Job Setup

·         Install extensions, Perform Upgrades , Data migration from one tool to another

·         Should have a good understanding about Cloning, Storage, Backups etc

·         Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands , including Shell scripting, CRON and debugging.

·         Exposure to Source Control tools(Git/Github/Perforce)

·         Should be good with communication skills

·         24/7 - Working closely with customer services and ensure SLA’s are met.
