Job description:

1. Work with the product owners to define the vision and prioritize needs for enhancements. 
2. Assist in acting as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders when implementing Jira solutions. 
3. Troubleshoot functional issues and support users with general questions/issues related to assigned systems promptly resolve Jira support tickets; escalate issues to support teams and/or vendors as appropriate.
4. Lead complex Jira workflows, project workflows, field /screen configurations, screen/permission/notification schemes, edit post functions and validators, Confluence spaces.
5. Provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance.
6. Develop, and execute plans to research, evaluate and/or implement tools and features, including leading communication and/or organizational change management. 
7. Perform regular updates/patching to our Atlassian suite (Jira/Conffluence/Crowd/Bitbucket/Opsgenie)
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Expert knowledge of workflows, screen/field/notification schemes, kanban. 
2. Working knowledge of scriptrunner and Jira sdk.
3. Ability to implement pre/post functions using a scriptrunner and custom validators. 
4. Ability to implement custom filtering 
5. Knowledge of Crowd/Bitbucket/Opsgenie is a plus.
