Role: Kronos Techno-Functional Consultant

Location:- Pan India

Exp:- 5 to 10 Yrs

Role and Responsibilities:

1. This role will involve reviewing the gathering the requirements from the customer, doing workshop
2. and incorporating the solutions.
3. Should have good knowledge in Kronos database table structures.
4. Should work directly with the end customers.

Key Skills:
 At least 7+ years of experience is required in Kronos WFC.
 Interact and obtain the clarifications directly from business.
 Should possess strong communication skills.
 Strong knowledge on configuring Time & Attendance, Accruals, Employment terms, GTOR
and Navigator modules.
 Possess strong experience in Interface development.
 Should be able to develop reports.
 Should be able to perform the documentations on Interface/Reports.
 Able to understand the upstream and downstream HR applications.
 Ability to work in high-pressure environment.
 Knowledge in Other modules like Absence Management, Scheduling are added advantage.
