Role and Responsibilities:

This role will involve directly gathering the requirements from the business and should be able to understand the older versions and translate to a newer version. 
Should work with the team to perform configuration or interface development and document the configurations. 

Key Skills:

Possess 5 to 7 years of experience is required in Kronos WFC.
Should interact and gather the requirements from business.
Should possess strong communication skills.
Strong configuration knowledge Time and Attendance and Accruals. 
Possess in depth experience in Interface development.
Knowledge on developing custom reports is added advantage.
Must document all the process and the configuration components into PDD.
Able to understand the upstream and downstream HR applications.
Should work as a team member and take the directions from the team lead.
Ability to work in high-pressure environment.
Knowledge in Workforce Absence Management and Analytics is added advantage.
