Role and Responsibilities:
This role will involve directly gathering the requirements from the business and should be able to understand the older versions and translate to a newer version.
Key Skills:
More than 10 years of experience is required in Kronos WFC.
Strong communication skills.
Strong configuration knowledge across Time and Attendance, Accruals, WIM, Absence management modules.
Knowledge on developing custom reports is added advantage.
Should interact and gather the requirements from business.
Must document all the process and the configuration components in PDD.
Able to understand the upstream and downstream HR applications.
Should lead the team.
Should coach the business on training and end user testing.
Ability to work in high-pressure environment.
Strong knowledge in SQL or Oracle.
Strong knowledge in Interface development.
Knowledge in Workforce Analytics is added advantage.
