Experience : 2-4 yrs

Key responsibilities:

1. Triaging the tickets /incidents assigned by L1 team on a Daily basis.
2. Proactively Monitoring of Application Health using Custom Alerts, Tools like Azure App Insights, SOPs.
3. Delivering the tickets on time, adhering to the SLAs(Response Time and Resolution Time)
4. Perform root cause analysis for the recurring L2 tickets and Contribute to the Knowledge Base / Run Book based on tickets trend

Must Possess skills (Non-negotiable):

1. Debugging Skills - Able to debug faster to find where issue occurred
2. Should be able to analyze and provide a solution for issues that don’t need a code fix. (Such as Configuration Changes, Data Updates, Deployment Issues , Network issues, User Access related, Application Access related and any other tasks that do not need code fix.)
3. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, should be able to communicate to end users via ticketing tools, Emails and online meetings on a case to case basis.

Essential technical competencies:

1. ASP.NET MVC, LINQ, EF, ADO.Net, C#,
2. MSSQL
3. Azure Devops
4. Experience in ZOHO Desk or Service Now Ticketing Tool

Key Points:

1. Candidate should have application side ticket handling experience instead of networking side (Application issues 80%, other issues 20%)
2. Should have an analytical ability to understand the development process (logic)
3. Able to provide solution for issues that doesn’t need code fix and build
