Job description:

1. Need a Resource who has good experience Manhattan Scale application 
2. List of in-scope activities are as follows:

• ATT Errors
• Scale 0 Items
• Adjustment based on Over Demand Items for IRMS
• Shipping Errors Clearing
• Negative Clearing
• OOS Reports Preparation for Scale / IRMS
• Scale / IRMS Trend preparation
• IOR Charts preparation
• OOS working file preparation for Scale / IRMS
• Sub-inventory Sync (Weekly)
• Error Trend charts (Weekly)
• No data assigned to items in org (Weekly)
• Month-end closure (Last week of the month)
• Adjustments in EBS for blind receipt of items done in warehouse (Monthly once or twice)
• Reports- Shipping report summary, Error breakup, IOR Tracker, Health Check-up
• Root Cause Analysis for the reason if there is spike in the OOS numbers
• Flush out Items from SCRP sub-inventory for NAP and WAL in EBS (Weekly)
• Monitoring e-Tram failures / SOA Alerts /OBIA Dashboard and taking corrective action (PO Req, Item, RMA, Ship Confirms, ISO, SO, WO, Receipts)
• Scale/IRMS Data validation requested by EBS team for aged orders
• Scale Bouncing
• IRMS Manual Daily Reconciliation - Sales orders / Ship Confirmations
