Role: MDM Airwatch (Meraki) Ops Consultant

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune

Job Description:

1. Manage MDM Platform (Meraki/ Afaria/Airwatch/Intune) application and servers in Development, Quality & Production Infrastructure
2. Manage mobility services on corporate user mobile devices having MDM (Meraki/ Afaria/Airwatch/Intune) / Mobile Secure, VPN and Enterprise Applications
3. Maintaining of device inventory in the MDM environment and performing regular device and application audits
4. Co-ordinate with and support Application Development team & Quality team to deliver the corporate applications through MDM before deployment in production system
5. Coordinate & communicate with the engineers spread across various sites for troubleshooting mobility (Application Delivery & Email) related issues

Must Have:

1. Administer and Manage MDM & Enterprise Application and servers
2. MDM infrastructure related troubleshooting
3. Expert knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems and application, device level troubleshooting
4. Knowledge of MS Office 2016 and Office 365
5. Knowledge of Basic networking
6. API handling experience
7. Experience in scripting language (python, perl, shell)
8. Experience in log analysis (Splunk, Nagios)
9. Adding application for android or iOS devices
10. Knowledge about webhooks.
11. Experience in handling Technical Support Cases - Incident/Problem Management (ServiceNow etc)
12. Quick learner and good team player

 
Good to have:

1. Should have knowledge on Reporting tools like Power BI.
2. MDM certified
3. ITIL certified
