1. Modern Workspace Management – End User Computing 
2. End user device support (desktops, laptops, thin clients)
3. L2/3 Support for Incidents, Problems and Requests escalated from L1
4. Remote desktop troubleshooting
5. IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)
6. VIP users support
7. Spares co-ordination
8. Patch deployment
9. Third party / OEM co-ordination
10. Trend analysis and reporting
11. CMDB Updates and validation
12. Knowledge Management Updates for L1
13. documentation, scripts and training to L1
14. Service level management and documentation
