Key skills will include:

• 7+ years proven MS Dynamics Online/365 development experience
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM  (CE) and Power Platform development and configuration, advanced customization.
• Worked on Custom controls with reference to PCF and PowerApp CLI.
•  C#, JavaScript, Typescript, React.js, Fluent UI
• UX & CSS
• Expertise in use of key IDE – Visual Studio 2019, VS Code
• Extending Dynamics CRM Online/365 with plugins and complex workflows using C#
• Extending Dynamics CRM Online/365 with JavaScript
• Strong understanding of systems and data integration management across business systems util tools
• Good understanding and use of Web APIs, implementation and testing
• Microsoft Azure & Azure API Management Services
• Experience in use of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Data flows, Data Migration and Data fixes

• Financial Services experience is highly desirable

This role is for Team Lead / Senior D365 Developer for the Microsoft Dynamics  CRM with key responsibility for leading D365 development/coding and managing a team of D365 developers (offshore).  Must have understanding and hands on experience of MS Dynamics CRM Online/365 and all aspects of the Dynamics CRM development having been responsible for technical design/development.  Balance various types of work and projects, prioritizing D365 development activities /request. A demonstrable track record of getting stuff done whilst managing competing pressures and deadlines and retaining an eye for detail and quality of code developed as part of D365 delivery. Good communicator able to clearly discuss and convey technical details with client and internal teams. Experience working in Agile teams, working on BAU (CR/Bugs), custom dev Projects and adoption of systems/tools, support, and training.  Develop own skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and research as well as formal training where required.
