Role: Microsoft Teams Support Engineer
Job Description:
Total working experience: 5 to 10 years.
Provide voice-based technical support to customers from NOAM, EMEA and/or APAC region.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong customer focus.
Experience resolving complex technical issues in a mission critical environment.
Proven ability to accurately document incident resolution and knowledge management.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in the Night Shift.
Must Have’s:
Experience on Teams Admin Center (mandatory)
Sign in process and troubleshooting (mandatory)
Understanding about Teams Architecture
Understanding of different upgrade modes in Teams
Understanding of Teams call signaling and media flow in both media bypass and non-bypass mode.
Understanding of PSTN calling in Teams (domestic+ international).
Understanding of MS Teams calling plans and direct routing
Understanding on different ways to upgrade from Island to Teams only.
Knowledge on how to migrate Skype scheduled meetings to MS Teams
Teams endpoints (Laptops, Mobiles etc.) working and troubleshooting experience
Understanding of Different Policies and user access levels in Teams
Knowledge of different types of logs in Teams.
Troubleshooting Call Quality issues with CQD
Experience on Fiddler tool to analyze Teams logs (mandatory)
Experience on NGC logs analysis component
Add-on: Experience on SharePoint and OneDrive
Experience in US/UK Customer Handing
