Role: Modern Apps Service Lead

Exp: 5+years

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Gurgaon / Noida

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Incident, Service Request, Problem, Risk, Issue, Knowledge, Service Level and Change Management
2. Plan and arrange for training, status tracking and reporting for offshore team
3. Participate in service reviews with client team
4. Track and monitor progress against agreed SLAs
5. Ensure fulfilment of quality goals
6. Act as point of contact at offshore for issue resolution, clarifications liaising with the client and onshore team to address issues/questions
7. Liaise with onshore team for timely client approval/sign-off on work items
8. Gather, measure and analyse agreed-upon service level metrics
9. Define services and standards
10. Develop service improvement plans
11. Audit results and operations periodically

Requirements:

1. Over 5 years of experience in service management
2. Knowledge of ITIL V4, preferably certified
3. Good communication and problem-solving skills
