Role: MuleSoft Release (DevOps) Manager

Experience:

• Minimum 3 Years of MuleSoft (Mule 4) DevOps /Release activities

Skills:

• Good knowledge of configuration tool like Git, BitBucket, SVN
• Good knowledge on Maven (preferred), Gradle
• Experience on integrating integrate CICD pipelines with code repositories and code review tools e.g. Sonar Qube with the CICD pipelines
• Experience on integrating testing tools like Postman, Jmeter, blazemeter, soap UI with CICD for automated testing
• Experience on integrating CICD pipelines with Nexus/Jfrog artifactory for release management
• High level knowledge on service mgmt. tools like ServiceNow, JIRA
• Good knowledge of any of the popularly used DevOps tool in the market (Jenkins / GOCD / Azure / AWS CodeDeploy)
• Knowledge on tools like chef, puppet, ansible etc ( In mule context, rarely used, but this skill is nice to have)
• Should have a basic understanding of clustering
• Knowledge on MuleSoft Platform APIs
• Knowledge on tools like Splunk, ELK, Nagios, dynatrace, anypoint monitoring etc would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Create RM process plans to manage the deployment processes that are customized to each project
• Manage all activities relating to Release Management/Deployment functions and processes, configuration and deployment from the various SFDC orgs through development, testing, QA and Production. 
• Work with the Development (local and offshore) /QA team at an operational level to ensure defect free deployment
• Ensure that all SFDC orgs are in complete sync with each other so that fidelity of SFDC code and configuration is maintained throughout the DEV-TEST-QA-PRODUCTION life cycle
• Create, maintain and standardize all required documentation to manage each individual deployment process for each project
• Communicate at all levels (Dev, QA, IT Admin, Integration teams) regarding every phase of the RM process
• Work with the TA/TL to create a version control/CI process 
• Work with the client IT Audit team to maintain enterprise security and IT practice compliance
• Envolve daily deployment process
