Job description:

1. Candidate must have 10+ years of hard core .NET full stack hands-on development experience
2. B.Tech /B.E/ MTech or equivalent degree from a reputed college & excellent academic record, having worked on C# and .NET in building highly scalable and performant distributed systems.
3. Sound knowledge in microservice architecture, Azure DevOps and other Agile development tools
4. Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort by conducting full technical discovery, identifying pain points, business and technical requirements, “as is” and “to be” scenarios.
5. Create design architecture diagrams to present solutions to customer executives.
6. Ability to see the bigger picture and Collaborating with other architects and stakeholders to define the software architecture, system components and integration points.
7. Formulating and leading technical / functional activities to prospective business partners\ clients while ensuring client satisfaction.
8. Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, event-driven IT, predictive analytics and AI automation technologies.
9. Ability to be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results.
10. Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written – and strong relationship, collaboration skills and organizational skills.
11. Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks and tools and support multiple concurrent activities and to interface with external / internal resources, working as a member of a matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team.
12. Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
