Job Responsibilities:

1. Interact with a large variety of clients to provide network technical support for complex network related incidents, changes and projects
2. Gather requirements, analyze technical networking issues and the develop options and recommendations
3. Plan, design, install, and maintain wireless, local and wide area networks, load balancers including the recommendation of system software and hardware
4. Research, analyze, plan, and develop hardware and software requirements
5. Coordinate, install, and maintain appropriate systems software and hardware  

Requirements:

1. 6+ years of hands on network design/support with Cisco products. 
2. Ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts, as well as knowledge or related networking disciplines
3. Full understanding of WAN/LAN/Wireless internetworking including design elements including cost versus performance tradeoffs, protocol interoperability, network architecture development and requirements for testing / proof of concept.
4. Advanced knowledge of platform operation systems (router platforms, LAN, WAN, and router protocols) and how they interact with the network 
5. Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills to support Cisco ACI and Riverbed WAN Optimization solutions. 
6. Advanced skills in gathering requirements and designing/implementing/supporting network solutions 
7. Advanced skills and knowledge and adherence to Change Management processes 
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral 
9. Strong customer service skills; interfaces with customers, end users, partners and associates 
10. Additionally, the candidate must work well within a team, and adapt easily to change. 
11. Good troubleshooting skills 
12. Customer facing skills   

Mandatory Skills: Bachelor's Degree -CCNP Enterprise must/ CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure desirable
