Network Management L2 Support

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues involving Cisco routers and switches, including BGP, OSPF, and other routing protocols.
• Configure and maintain firewall policies and VPNs on Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls, including troubleshooting access and security issues.
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot F5 load balancers, including virtual servers, pools, health monitors, and SSL configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve network-related incidents and optimize performance.
• Perform network changes and upgrades as per change management procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and work on preventive measures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1 team members, helping to improve their network troubleshooting skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco routing and switching, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and VLANs.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls, with experience in firewall rules, VPNs, and NAT configurations.
• Strong experience with F5 load balancer configurations, including iRules, SSL offloading, and load balancing algorithms.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
• Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP (Routing & Switching), PCNSA, or F5-CA are highly preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 shift environment.
