Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

1. Smooth functioning of live production system.

2. Ensure timely and correct billing and invoicing to end customers every month.

3. Handle ad-hoc requests from end customers.

4. Handle business changes and requirements as per customer needs

5. Resolve any disputes in billing and invoicing.

6. Design, Develop and implement the logics in BRM system for any enhancements.

7. Integration with various inbound and outbound systems.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

1. Experience to handle live production systems.

2. Experience to handle change requests

3. Experience in passive infrastructure (Tower) business.

4. Experience in various modules of Oracle Billing and revenue management like Customer

management, Billing and Invoicing.
