Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Relevant Experience: 3 to 4 years

Job Description: 

1. Total working experience: 5 to 10 years
2. Provide voice-based technical support to customers from NOAM, EMEA and/or APAC region
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Strong customer focus
5. Experience resolving complex technical issues in a mission critical environment
6. Proven ability to accurately document incident resolution and knowledge management
7. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
8. Willing to work in the Night Shift

Must Have’s:
Office Deployment Job Description

1. Candidate should be excellent with M365
2. Familiarity with Office licensing and Office apps basic troubleshooting
3. Should have basic knowledge in Active directory
4. Should have basic knowledge in Windows architecture
5. Should know basics of networking concepts
6. Good to have knowledge on SCCM but not mandatory
7. Candidate should be customer obsessed
8. Excellent customer handling skills
9. Excellent communication skills
