Job Description: 

1. Total working experience: 5 to 10 years
2. Provide voice-based technical support to customers from NOAM, EMEA and/or APAC region
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Strong customer focus
5. Experience resolving complex technical issues in a mission critical environment
6. Proven ability to accurately document incident resolution and knowledge management
7. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
8. Willing to work in the Night Shift

Must Have’s:
 C#/VB.Net, MVC, REST API, Good to have .Net Core exposure
 Microsoft Office Add-ins -
o Office ActiveX Control
o COM (Component Object Model) Interop service, Good to know DCOM (Distributed
COM)
o VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office)
o Office-JS API for platform independent office support on (Mac/Windows)
o Other technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
 Office Automation Microsoft Programming language i.e.
o VBA Macros (Visual Basic for Application) Office/Excel Macros
o Office 365 Graph API – REST API to access data from Office 365 cloud applications.
 Critical Exposure areas & Technical Specifications
 Strong experience in Windows 2003, 2008, 2008 R2 and 2012 server
 Exposure on SQL and IIS
