Job description:

1. The Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, management, and upgrade of identity and access management solutions using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Single Sign-On (SSO), Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and Workday.
2. This role focuses on ensuring secure and efficient management of user identities, entitlements, and access policies, with a particular emphasis on federation services for external users and managing DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) environments.
3. The IAM Specialist will work closely with IT security, compliance, and application teams to implement and upgrade robust IAM solutions that align with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.  

Skills:  

1. Proficiency in OIM, OAM, OID, SSO federation services, Good to have EBS, and Workday installation, configuration, and administration.
2. Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and user provisioning.
3. Knowledge of security protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP).
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Experience with system upgrades and performance tuning.
