Role: OpenText ECM Business Analyst

Location: Anywhere from India

Band: Band B2,B3

Primary Skill (Technical Skill) : OpenText 10.5/16.2.x – Suite

Experience: 4-6 years

Role & Responsibilities / technical skills: 

1. Conduct workshops with customer LOB and requirement gathering
2. Understanding of Opentext product Architecture
3. Exposure to Opentext xECM with SAP and integrations to Outlook and O365
4. Web service integrations
5. Experience and exposure of working on various OpenText modules such as Front End server, Admin server, Archive center, OTDS, SSO Integration,
6. Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis for requirement gathering
7. Have hands on experience with managed support services
8. Should be able to operate with minimal direction.
9. Working along with the 3rd party stakeholders of the customer ensuring a smooth functioning of the systems
10. Exposure to Onshore / Offshore implementation model
11. Doing Performance tuning & setting the correct parameters
