This is an operations support based role, where we support different applications across subscription and advertising.

• JIRA

Skill Requirements

• Experience in technical and application support
• Proficient with all MS Office products like Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel
• Exceptional trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding time management skills, with capability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively without compromising quality and accuracy
• Experience in using Excel Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
• Ability to work as a part of team or independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Decisive, conscientious, reliable and hard working
• Ability to achieve challenging deadlines
• Experience in using the ticketing tools like JIIRA and Service Now
• Experience using Salesforce but not mandatory
