Location: PAN India

Job Description:

Oracle Apps Technical JD:

• PL/SQL
• Oracle XML Reports and Forms
• Extensions
• Interfaces/Conversions
• Workflows

Nice to Have:

• EDI

Activities including:

1. Handling Support issues including bug fixing
2. Maintenance of existing interfaces, code fixes and custom developments which are less than 16 hours of total development time through support development
3. Troubleshooting
4. Developing new RICEW components, through Quarterly release development process based on available bandwidth
5. Performance tuning for custom components
6. Minor changes in the ad-hoc and custom components
7. Development of new enhancements and customizations data fixes – after scripts received from Oracle
8. Knowledge Management: ensuring correct, up-to-date documentation and processes are maintained actively within a central knowledge repository
9. Support and maintain ISG based web services for Mobile Applications.
10. Support and Maintain Oracle Apex based code for Datavision Application.
11. Create and manage SRs and work with Oracle support to resolve issues.
12. Follow change request process and SOX controls.
13. Extended support during Quarter End, Year End, and during Quarterly Release migrations.
