Primary skillset:

1. Oracle EBS 11i, R12 & Cloud implementation and support , with at least 1 full cycle implementation in Oracle Cloud.
2. Strong project management experience, detail oriented, able to multitask, strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills, exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills
3. Handling of multi-shore and vendor environment
4. Excellent understanding on Oracle Cloud EBS modules

Secondary - PMP (Project Management) Certification   

Job Descriptions:

1. Working experience in Oracle EBS 11i, R12 & Cloud implementation, with at least 1 full cycle implementation in Oracle Cloud.
2. He/she should have strong project management experience, detail oriented, able to multitask, strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills, exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to influence decision makers, ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels.
3. Strong project management skills which includes experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects implementation and support, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors       
4. Strong Project management experience in handling of multi-shore and vendor environment      
5. Excellent understanding on Oracle Cloud EBS modules      
6. Prepare project plan, support management, presentations, handle review meetings with high managements    
7. Manage escalations if any from ERP teams as well as customers and resolve the same with minimum variation from project critical path    
8. Disseminate periodic project updates on deliverables, progress report and communications pertaining to risks, issues to all stakeholders  

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. 12 to 15+ years of experience in IT
2. 5+ year of proven delivery managing increasingly complex projects
3. 5+ years of recent experience in Cloud and IT transition, transformation, and migration and support management
4. Excellent knowledge of project management and ticketing tools
5. Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment
6. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management  

Preferred (but not mandatory) Skills:

1. Project Management Certification and
2. Cloud Management
