1. Oracle Cloud HCM Talent management - Senior Solution architect with 7 to 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent management (domain expertise)
2. Candidate should have minimum two end to end project implementation experiences and familiar with Oracle Cloud implementation methodology

7. - Profile Management- Configure Model Profile Types, Profile Management, Talent Profiles
8. - Succession Management - Succession Plan, External Candidates, Organization Chart, Plan History of Changes
9. - Talent Review - Profiles, Review Meeting Configuration, Content Preparation, Review Meetings: Conducting
10. - Technical Build - Dashboard, Fast Formulas, Integration, OTBI Reports
11. Ability to lead and articulate end-to-end business processes and the key integration touch points
12. Candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
