ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Participating to projects to ensure all applications are upgraded to appropriate version levels and operate as-designed.
2. Being involved in addressing the improvement of operational efficiencies with respect to the usage of the Oracle EBS in order to add value to the corporation and increase ROI. 
3. ·Making sure her/his tasks get delivered in time and with high quality.
4. Being Responsible for configuring the Oracle E-Business modules assigned as well as writing functional specifications, testing the software, training end-users and providing general support during and after implementation.
5. Acting as a liason between the user community, IT Technical Services, and other IT Oracle Applications staff members.
6. Responding to user support calls.
7. Coordinate activities with other team members or developers (also off-shore).
8. Being available for travels, according to project needs.

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications: 

1. BS/BA degree in Economics or related fields
2. Minimum 10+ years Distribution and Logistics business processes experience
3. Strong understanding and experience with Logistics with focus on O2C processes and Customer Facing Documents
4. Experience and knowledge of Oracle E-Business suite implementation methodology
5. Ability to generate project plan and track activities
6. Experience in supporting and maintaining live applications
7. Excellent communication skills and team working

Critical Skills/technical know-how: 

1. Experience in supporting and maintaining the following applications: Oracle Order Management, Oracle Advanced Pricing, Oracle Shipping, Oracle Configurator, Oracle Oracle Inventory.
2. Experience in managing integrations with external systems (like TMS).
3. Knowledge of Oracle GTM flow
4. Good knowledge of the Oracle Intercompany flows is required
5. Experience in generating ad-hoc queries using Sql*Plus, Discoverer or TOAD is also required
6. Experience in Oracle Enterprice Command Center is a plus
7. Excellent knowledge of the Oracle EBS  fundamentals and Data model
8. Oracle Workflow will be considered a plus
9. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Visio
10. Excellent communication skills
11. It is required a good and fluent communication in English both written and oral

Critical Experience:

1. Having been part of international full lifecycle Oracle EBS projects for multinational companies, ideally FDA regulated
2. Having acquired experience in designing and driving the creation of complex customizations
3. Having acquired experience in creating interfaces between Oracle EBS and external systems
