Job Description:
• Acts as Oracle Cloud Administrator
• Requirement gathering and analysis
• Assist team with resolution of incidents, service requests and change requests
• Works with Solution Architects to analyse the impact on the Oracle Cloud solution caused by changes to integrate agency application or integrated infrastructure changes
• Ensures capacity planning reviews are actioned with Oracle where amount of users or business processes have increased or changed substantially
• Approves new My Oracle Support account requests from Super Users
• Preparing high level technical specifications for the solutions.
• Presenting demos to the customers.
