Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist

Location: Remote in India 

Must have Skills:

1. At least 8 to 12 years of HCM domain experience
2. At least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations exposure with hands on experience in Core HR and any of the below modules
3. Compensation
4. Benefits
5. Should have experience in running Merit cycle
6. Configuring Benefits Open Enrollments such as new vendor, plans, options and rates
7. Should have experience in client facing and working with multiple stake holders
8. Perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing

1. Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
2. Strong team and individual player
3. Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
4. High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
5. Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention
6. Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues
