Role: Oracle HCM Cloud – ORC & Taleo (Recruiting & On-Boarding) Techno Functional consultant

Location: Hyderabad preferred/Chennai/Open to others for the right fit

Job Description:

• Should have functional expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud – ORC and TALEO (TEE - recruiting & on boarding).
• Should have Expertise in BIP & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, Personalization, Security
• Should have exp. in Taleo Client Connect (TCC).
• Should have expert level knowledge in end to end recruitment, on boarding business process.
• Should have Experience in Integrating ORC, TALEO various third party applications e.g.  eQuest, background screening vendor etc.
• Should have Experience with DocuSign.
• Should have exp. In Talent sourcing tool.
• Should have exp. In client facing role and must have taken part in Product Demo, CRP, Requirement Gathering, Solution Design & Briefing sessions, User Trainings etc.
• Must have worked on Data migration, Report Development, Integration using tools like TCC, BI Publisher.
• Should have exp. in Oracle HCM Cloud - workflow & Security configuration.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skill in English.
• Should have excellent documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem solving, solution design skills and experience.
• Having Knowledge/Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud –Core HR, Talent management, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Fast Formula, HDL, BI Publisher, and HCM Extract will have added advantage.
