Job description:

1. Needs to work on OIC(Good to have), OTBI/BIP, Fast formulas, alerts, personalization’s and HSDL templates, HCM Extracts.
2. Needs to support day to day issues in Production support; debugging and code changes
3. New service requests coding, configurations and implementation
4. Needs to understand Core HR, Absences, Self Service, Roles and Security management modules tables and linking to develop technical objects
5. Needs to work with Business and functional resources
6. Support ticket management
