Role: Peoplesoft Finance Technical Consultant

Location: Pune

Experience: 7+ Years

Requirements:

1. Strong functional and technical skills of PS HR application
2.  Ability to handle multiple projects with changing business priorities
3. Flexible and willingness to learn new functionality and acquire new technical skills as required by business needs
4. Must be self-motivated
5. Consulting background preferred, experience with multiple project development lifecycles and multiple clients
6. Ability to provide outstanding application support to business users
7. Aptitude for research, analysis and resolution of problems
8. A minimum of 7 years of significant hands-on experience developing complex customizations in PeopleSoft Finance
9. Proficient in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQR, SQL, AWE Workflow, XML Publisher, Application Engine, Application Packages
10. Functional understanding of PeopleSoft Finance like General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Asset Management, Leases etc.
11. Strong attention to detail
12. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
13. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely both orally and in writing
14. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
15. At least two full project implementation lifecycles
