Role: PLSQL with Support experience in any other Core Banking application

Experience: 3-5 years

Job Description:

1. Participate as Technical team member in Managed Service activity streams such as
2. Analysis of issues raised by customer and fixing the same in extensibility layer
3. Participate in customer cadence calls for discussions on support related issues and Change control
4. Liaising with Global support team for base product fixes
5. Assist customer in simulation of issues and helping in fix deployment
6. Expertise in performance analysis and tuning, especially on Oracle database related program units
7. Minor development using Oracle workbench (RAD) tool.
8. Support and Monitoring of the End of cycle process
9. Document all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for Client
10. Adhere to defined Change Control Process of Oracle / Client. Comply with Client audit / Compliance requirements
11. Perform proper handover / knowledge transfer at end of each assignment
12. Timely status reporting to supervisor.
