Role:  Production Support Analyst

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai

Job Description: 

1. Someone who’s well-versed in production support in Financial Services industry
2. ITIL process knowledge
3. Have provided L1/L2 support with 2-6 yrs experience
4. Good Unix & PL/SQL skills
5. Flexible to work in rotational shifts - all 3 shifts
6. Have good Debugging skills
7. Exposure to Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Moogsoft, Splunk, Cloudprober etc. DESIRABLE
8. Excellent communication skills
